Place one tablet in a cup or soaking container filled with warm water (approximately 104°F/40°C), ensuring the water completely covers the aligners, retainers, or dentures.
Step 2
Add your appliance:
Submerge the aligner, retainer, or denture and let it soak for 5 minutes. For a more thorough clean, let it soak overnight.
Step 3
Rinse & wear:
Rinse your appliance thoroughly with water before wearing it.
