Returns and Refund Policy
Caspersmile's mission is to make the process of purchasing aligners as convenient and customer-friendly as possible.
- Request a cancellation within 24-48 hours of placing an order for a refund, otherwise, requests will not be entertained once the order has been processed.
- For customer safety, we do not accept returns for the Impression Kit.
- Our team of smile specialists will determine if you are a suitable candidate for treatment, if not, we will refund you the amount of the plan purchased.
- Once the order has been placed, we do not accept returns for aligners. If they do not fit properly, we will fabricate new aligners.
- If you are not happy with how your teeth look after using the aligners, please contact us. We will need to see recent pictures of your teeth with the aligners on. If we approve your request, we may be able to make more changes to your aligners. If you did not use the aligners as directed, there may be extra charges for additional refinements.
- All refunds will be processed within 7-12 business days after approval and returned to the customer via the original payment method.
- When requesting a refund, please note that a standard processing fee will be applied.
